PART 01 — MODERN
Flat fronts, a slim benchtop line and hardware you barely notice. Our modern kitchens are made to measure for your room, built in our own workshop in wood, stone and metal, and backed by a 10-year warranty.

PART 01.1
01.1
A modern kitchen is judged by its edges. Fronts sit flush and flat, gaps are even, and the benchtop runs as one uninterrupted horizon from wall to island. There is no moulding to hide a poor fit, which is exactly why this style rewards made-to-measure work: every panel is cut for your walls, not rounded to the nearest stock size.
The look works with any of our layouts, from a single straight run to an L-shape or a kitchen with an island. Unsure which suits your floor plan? Read L-Shaped or Island: Choosing Your Kitchen Layout.
PART 01.2 — MATERIALS
MATERIAL 01
Timber appears as flat veneer fronts with a straight, even grain, or as one run of open shelving that warms up painted doors. Decide the grain direction early so it flows across neighbouring fronts as a single surface.
MATERIAL 02
The benchtop draws the horizon. A slim edge keeps the line light; a waterfall end turns an island into one solid block. Quieter veining keeps attention on proportion.
MATERIAL 03
The punctuation: a tap, a slim pull, a steel appliance run. Handleless fronts or fine black and brushed pulls keep the face clean.

PART 01.3 — SAMPLE BOARD
FRONTS
Flat slab doors in matte lacquer or straight-grain timber veneer, ideally with no frame or bevel.
BENCHTOPS
Stone with a slim, square edge; a calm white or grey vein if you want pattern without noise.
HARDWARE
Handleless grips, or slim bar pulls in black steel or brushed metal matched to the tap.
PART 01.4 — ESTIMATE
A modern look does not fix the price on its own. Five choices do, and each is made to measure for your room. More detail in What Sets a Kitchen Estimate.
