SHEET — PRIVACY
This is what happens to the details you send Kitchen Atelier when you ask for a free measurement visit or a written quote: what we collect, why we collect it, where it’s kept and how you can have it corrected or deleted.

SCOPE
This policy covers the enquiry forms on this website, which you use to book a designer visit or request a quote. Every enquiry goes to the same place: a private record stored in this website and read by the people who plan your kitchen.
It doesn’t cover other websites linked from these pages.
A
PART A
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form. Three fields are required: Name, Email and Message. Five are optional: Phone, Location, Subject, Budget and Timeframe.
We need the three required fields so we can reply to you. You choose whether to fill in any of the optional fields. They help a designer come to the measurement visit prepared. For example, if you’d rather talk about the budget in person, leave the Budget field empty.
We don’t ask for payment details, identity documents or anything that isn’t about planning a kitchen, and the forms don’t accept file uploads.
B
PART B
We use enquiry details for one thing: turning your enquiry into a kitchen.
01 To reply to your enquiry and answer questions about styles, materials and layouts.
02 To arrange the free measurement visit and a consultation with a designer.
03 To prepare a written quote. Layout, length, front material, benchtop and appliances all shape the estimate, so the project details you give us help.
04 To keep a record of our conversation if your kitchen goes ahead to 3D design, production, delivery and installation.
We don’t add your details to automatic marketing lists or pass them to advertising services, and no payments are taken through this website.
PART C
Enquiries are stored privately inside this website’s own WordPress installation. They aren’t automatically sent to outside marketing or payment services.
01
Each enquiry is saved as a private record in the site’s database. Only logged-in administrators can see it. Other visitors can’t.
02
These records are opened only by the Kitchen Atelier team members who handle enquiries and plan kitchens, and only for the purposes set out in Part B.
03
We keep a record while we need it to arrange your visit, prepare your quote and look after any kitchen that follows. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
PART D
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us at any time. To make sure a record goes only to the person it belongs to, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you used in your enquiry.
ACCESS & CORRECTION
Ask to see the enquiry record linked to your email address. If you’ve moved, changed your number or rethought the project, tell us and we’ll update it.
DELETION
If you’d like us to forget your enquiry, ask us to delete it. Deleting a record doesn’t stop you from coming back later to book a measurement visit.
PART E
Sharing. We don’t sell or rent enquiry details. They stay with Kitchen Atelier and are used to plan your kitchen, which is designed in the studio and built in our own workshop. We would disclose them only if the law required it.
Updates. If the way this website handles enquiries changes, we’ll update this page to match. The version published here is always the current one.
