PART A
A
A1 — STYLE DESCRIPTIONS. The pages on Modern, Classic, Scandinavian, Loft and Neoclassical kitchens describe the general character of each style and how wood, stone and metal are usually combined in it. They are a starting point for a conversation with a designer, not a description of a finished product.
A2 — LAYOUT GUIDANCE. Notes on straight, L-shaped, U-shaped and island layouts, including Kitchen Layouts & Quote Request and L-Shaped or Island, explain general planning logic. Whether a layout works in your kitchen depends on the actual room, and that is confirmed at the free measurement visit.
A3 — MATERIALS. Descriptions of cabinet fronts, benchtops and hardware on the Materials page are only a guide. Colour and texture look different on different screens, and natural timber and stone vary from piece to piece. The physical sample is the reference.
PART B — ESTIMATES & QUOTES
B1. Nothing on this site is a price, a quote or an offer to supply. You can send a quote request at any time: put your layout, length, front material, benchtop and appliances in your message through Kitchen Layouts & Quote Request. The written quote is confirmed after the free measurement visit and 3D design. A request sent through the form alone does not produce a final price.
B2. A quote from Kitchen Atelier is a separate written document. Its scope, inclusions and conditions are the ones that apply to your kitchen. That includes how in-house production, delivery, installation and the 10-year warranty apply to your project.
PART C1
Photographs on this site are reference imagery. They illustrate styles, materials, workshop processes and layouts. A photograph does not show Kitchen Atelier’s work, a specific product or a finish you will receive unless the page clearly identifies it as a Kitchen Atelier project. Captions marked “Reference photo” say this directly.
Stock photographs remain the property of their photographers and are used under their providers’ licences.
PART C2
The text, page designs, layouts, graphics and planning notes on this site are owned by Kitchen Atelier or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages to plan your own kitchen.
You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content for commercial use without written permission from Kitchen Atelier. The name Kitchen Atelier may not be used in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that does not exist.
PART D
D
D1 — ENQUIRIES. The form on the Free Measurement & Designer Visit page is for requesting a measurement visit or a consultation with a designer. Sending it does not create an agreement and does not commit either side to proceed. Enquiries are stored privately within this website’s WordPress installation and are not passed to external marketing or payment services. The Privacy Policy explains how they are handled.
D2 — OTHER WEBSITES. Links to other websites are there for convenience. Kitchen Atelier does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
D3 — LIABILITY. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Kitchen Atelier is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site or from being unable to use it. Decisions about your kitchen should be based on your measurement, your design and your written quote.
D4 — CHANGES. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
PART E — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. For how enquiry details are stored, read the Privacy Policy. For planning questions, see Kitchen Questions Answered.
